There can be pain at the incision site where the doctor put in the coaptite injection. There can be painful bloody urination.Some patients report they become more incontinent

Coaptite is a material injected into the urethral area to control urinary incontinence.Resultant swelling can cause trouble passing urine or complete blockage. Other side effects include , painful urination,blood in urine,frank bleeding,frequent urination,feeling of an urge to pass urine,damage to the urethra,urinary tract infection,continuing incontinence and possible rejection of material.

Coaptite may cause nausea and vomiting. Also, it may cause headache and impotence. I suggest that you take it as described.
