Stanzanol is a steroid prescription medication that can cause side effects as mild as a headache. It can also cause more serious effects like hair loss and even liver problems.

There are many side effects associated with stanzanol. Some are considered harmless such as problems sleeping, acne, changes in sexual desire, and headache. However it can also cause liver problems so be careful.

It is very rare but some cases using Stanzanol have produced fatal liver problems. Other symptoms would include light stool, dark colored urine, unusual levels of fatigue, vomiting and general nausea along with a yellowing of the skin and/or eyes. Do not take if you have prostate or breast cancer, or a high level of calcium in your bloodstream or "hypercalcemia".
