There is no specific Bill of Rights for servers in Texas. Generally, state and federal employment laws apply. Tipped employees earn a $2.13 per hour minimum wage with an assumed tip credit of $5.12 per hour. If you feel, as an employee, you are treated unfairly, contact your local labor board for clarification.

There is no special set of "rights" for waitresses. If you feel your civil right were violated, go to the EEOC and file a complaint. Otherwise, find a new job.

Depends on your pay. If you make more than Min wage- you don't need to be given tips. If you make less, you're required to have tips and report them.

Regardless of the state you are working in, federal laws protect all workers across the country. These federal laws prohibit, among other issues, discriminatory treatment of employees.
