This varies entirely by jurisdiction and case. Every probationer is going to have a different set of requirements, though some are consistent. You cannot break the law while on probation. Often you cannot drink alcohol or consume drugs. You must report to your probation officer. You can't leave the area without permission. Your PO will tell you more.

Such as maintain a job and residence, not get arrested or have other involvement with law enforcement, submit to drug testing and if positive attend counseling, and not own or possess any firearms. Sometimes restitution or community service work is also included.
