All employees will be subject to a 14 day probation period. During this time employment is at the digression of the employer the employer has the right to terminate employment for any reason without violating any federal state of local guidelines. After this period the employer will evaluate the employee for a regular position with the rights of such.

Newly hired employees can be let go without prior warning due to poor performance, insufficient attendance, lack of skills for the position, failure to follow instructions, or unwillingness to perform assigned tasks.
