What are the prime factors of 14?

The prime factors of 14 are 2 and 7. This because 2 times 7 is equal to 14 and 2 and 7 are prime number. A prime number is a number greater than 1 which is divisible only by 1 and itself. The number 1 is not considered prime, for technical reasons.
