Do not ask the real names or for other personal details such as phone number, address, picture of persons. They probably wont tell you anyway. But even asking brings one into a uncomfortable situation. People will tell you themselves, when they feel that they can trust you and want to. Please reply to emails, messages, etc specifically directed at you.

Really, just use the "Golden Rule;" real people are watching/reading. If you'd do/say it in front of friends/family/neighbors/perfect strangers, then it's probably okay. Don't use your caps lock-- that's YELLING!

When engaged in conversation online, you should show respect to others, even if you disagree with them. Never insult, belittle or shout (Use caps) when you are in online conversation.
