If an HOA board member committed a crime, and you have hard evidence, report them and hand over your evidence to local law enforcement officials. If, on the other hand, their conduct has been unethical, your recourse is to sue them. Need more info? Have a look at californiacondoguru. com.

As with all branches of American politics, the community has very little control over such matters. Unfortunately the consequences are NONE.
