The best way to learn Navy Seal hand signals is to join the Navy and become a seal. Because of security, I serously doubt that the Navy Seals publish their hand signals on the internet.

There are a plethora of Navy Seal hand signals out there. Hundreds have been implemented on the field to ensure the maximum level of saftey during flanking procedures, standing down, etc. Labeling one or two wouldn't even scratch the surface.

SEAL hand signals are just like the hand signals that the rest of the combat arms community in the US Military use. Many hand signals are unit specific, however.
