A full size bed is genarally accepted as being 4 feet 6 inches in width, although larger 5 feet beds are availabe and these are usually called kingsize. Lengths vary slightly from manufacturer to manufacturer. Sheets for both full size and king size beds are widely available from stores selling home furnishings.

A full bed is a common enough size, so you should have no problem finding sheets for them. The mattress would be 54 wide inches by 75 inches long. The dimensions of the bed itself with the headboard and footboard attached of course are going to vary.
