I assume you mean different fruits containing vitamin c. Citrus fruits like lemons, oranges, grapefruits, tangerines and limes immediately come to mind. Many other fruits contain this vitamin in varying amounts: i. e. medium orange 8. 4 mg, a serving of blackberries 30. 2 mg, avocodo 20. 1 mg; 1 cup breadfruit 63. 8 mg.
