Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin, which means too much will not build up in your system. You will expel what your body doesn't need through urine.

If you consume large amounts (>1000 mg/day) it may cause stomach pain, diarrhea and flatulence. Since it's water soluble any excess in your system comes out in urine.

You can get an upset stomach or diarrhea. Excess Vitamin C is excreted in urine but you may still get kidney stones from too much.

If you have too much vitamin C nothing can happen. You will just excrete the excess in your urine. The body stores what it needs and dumps the rest.
