The Different Types of toilets are Dual Flush toilet, Squat toilet, Pit toilet, water closet toilet, Composting toilet, incinerating toilet, and Urinals.

The flush toilet is the most common and probably your last choice if you are going for unusual. You could go for a urinal since that is uncommon in houses. I would not recommend a squat toilet, it is unusual but probably uncomfortable. You could try a toilet with a built in bidet.

Well, if you want a really unique toilet, you can go the eco friendly route and get one where it's just a hole.

Toilets are relatively all the same. When they differ, it is usually based on design and capacity. Unless you are looking for a lavish design, any toilet will honestly do.
