Common eye diseases are long site, short site and cataract. In long site, the patient cannot see objects at long distances. Similarly, in short site, he/she cannot see nearby objects. Cataract is caused due to the variation of thickness of cornea. There are many other common disease which are caused genetically.

Some common eye disorders or diseases include amblyopia, astigmatism, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy,glaucoma, hyperopia,and myopia. Of these, ones that affect the eyelids and tear duct systems include entopion, ptosis, and blepharitis.

One of the most common eye disease would be pink eye or otherwise known as conjunctivitis, which is highly contagious. Avoid sharing make-up and also to wash your hands frequently.

Glaucoma,cataracts,age related macular degeneration, retinal detachment, pink eye,uveitis,sty,ketatoconus,blepharitis,corneal ulcer, diabetic retinopathy,crossed eyes,color blindness,lazy eye,eye herpes,stargardt's and one that our office have been seeing alot of is dry eye.
