What are common arborvitae diseases?

I seem to have some kind of disease among my plants and would like to know what some common ones are.

There are fungal diseases that can attack from the roots to the leaves, these can be picked up from the dirt the plant is in or tools used to prune the plants. Sunscald can be an unnoticed problem in the winter, and leafminers can kill arborvitaes in one season.
