If she is with a male dog during heat than fairly likely. It all depends on the breed and what not, but a female dog will only take the male when it is time. I had two dogs that hooked up twice once.

If your dog is spayed, none. If your dog is male, none. If your dog is just a small puppy none. If your dog is around 6 months old and in heat, very high.

The answer depends on whether or not she is in heat, and how often she is permitted to mate. The odds depend more on timing than anything else.

If your dog is outside at all, than there is a chance she will met a male and could get pregnant - best to have her spayed.
