It is most likely a drain fly. You are most likely to find these once you have been on vacation or away from home for a few days. Spray your toilet with insectisides and make sure you keep the drains clean.

They are called mites. This often occurs when there is too much dirt inside the home. Please spray some raid in your toilet and let them disappear. Clean the toilet frequently.

If the toilet is not used for few days, mosquitoes may lay eggs in the still water and that may be the black worms larvae found in the toilet.
