There is no sucht place. Every state has its plus and minuses so the trick is to find somewhere that has a low crime rate, good schools and friendly people.

LA, California. The weather is amazing. No snow and cold weather. Sunny, which is good for children. The air is pure, and you have the beach. Above all, there is disneyland. Many places to take your children out and play. Top school are there, and top universities as well for the future.

I would say Arlington, VA is the best. Arlington is a suburb of Washington, DC that has become relatively safe over the years, and has a good public education system. The access to the historic sites of Washington is also invaluable. In addition, there are many parks and outdoor areas for the child to enjoy.

Suburbs are a great environment to raise a child in, as they are usually close to major cities while remaining a little safer. This exposes them to different worlds as they grow up. Southern California suburbs, like Thousand Oaks or Agoura are good examples of this...if you can afford them these days!

Miami is nice. It offers nice weather, so children can spend a lot time outdoors, because it is nearly always warm. Then it has a beautiful sand beach, which invites to watersports and fun.

i think Honolulu,Hawaii are the best places to raise a child in us.Schools spend almost $9,000 per pupil.childs get more moral values from this environment and can get good education.
