Cities considered to be over-populated include (in no order): New York City, Seoul, Shanghai, Mumbai, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, Beijing, Moscow, Dehli, Karachi, Jakarta, and Sao Paulo. There are many more, with a lot in Asia and a few in South America.
