I recently went to a show and saw two techno bands that were extremely upbeat and enjoyable. The first band was called Dat Politics. They featured a female lead singer and a few other musicians and played perky, loud dance music. The other artist was Dan Deacon who I highly recommend checking out.

The artist Master Blaster has a huge variety of amazing songs such as "how old are you" and "Can Delight". Another artist to look into is Bass Hunter. Songs like "Bass Attack" "Moon Trip" and "Lotima" (Cover)can get your heart racing! When it comes to good techno though you cant go wronge.
