What are some good workout songs?

They need to be upbeat but not too fast.

Some good ones are The Scissor Sisters' "I Don't Feel Like Dancing," the DJ Sammy version of "The Boys of Summer," and Natasha Bedingfield's "Unwritten" (very uplifting). If you like 80s music, you might also try "Come on Eileen" by Dexy's Midnight Runners, "The Safety Dance" by Men Without Hats, and "Chains of Love" by Erasure.

I like listening to 80's music when I workout. It's upbeat, familiar, and not very challenging. You don't want to be so lost on the music that you're listening to that you can't concentrate on your work out (you are working out to get in a "work out"). I suggest Madonna, Cindy Lauper, Guns N' Roses, and anything danceable.
