I'm taking a road trip with my husband. We both love country music, and I'd love to put together a mixed CD with some upbeat music, appropriate for travel. What do you recommend?
There are three songs that are perfect for any road trip. The first is Willie Nelson's "On The Road Again. " The second is "I Love A Rainy Night," by Eddie Rabbit, and the third is "Blacktop Dreams" by Curtis Clay.
I used to listen to a lot of country music and I found that I really enjoyed songs from many different artists. God Bless The USA by Lee Greenwood was and is still one of my all time favorite songs. Rascal Flatts band has one song that's pretty cool and very upbeat called Life Is A Highway. Have fun.
Lots of music to fit that bill. John Michael Montgomery has lots of upbeat songs like sold,and lifes a dance. Vince Gill has songs like Liza Jane,and garth brooks aint going down till the sun comes up.
