The song is 'Electronic Santa', by BLAZER FORCE and it is really cute. There are two boys that join this interesting flashing light robot in front of a tree.

Electronic Santa is the title of the great advertisement used by the famous Target stores as part of their advertising campaign and this uses little boys moving and dancing about and it is certainly very entertaining . This song was performed by the group who are known as Blazer Force.

The name of the song performed by Blazer Force is Electronic Santa. Blazer force is also known as Bret McKenzie of Flight of the Conchords. Full album was released by Target and it can be ddownloaded from Target's web site for free. Song is also theme of Target Christmas commercial

I have researched this question and the best answer that I can come up with is: Enur featuring Natasja - Calabria. They appear to be a band from outside of the USA and very popular.
