Depending on the type of items that you are looking for. If you are looking for weave or extensions, I would recommend a wholesale hair store. If you are just looking for products like shampoo then I would look for a chain hair store.

The best of the best is definitely sephora, but its very expensive. If you want to save a little, try ulta for cheaper high end hair care. Another good hair care discounter is harmon cosmetics, because you can get a lot of really good deals on high end hair care stuff.

The best hair stores are in Paris, France. You can find them in the 'Cheveux' district west of the triumph arc. Their prices are very high (especially if you have to fly there!) but the quality is second to none.
