Dead Heads were loyal to Jerry Garcia and followed the band so they could attend as many shows as they could, I personally love China Cat Sunflower, Sugar Magnolia and Truckin'.
Ripple is my favorite but some other great classics are: The Music Never Stopped, Uncle John's Band, Playing in the Band, Looks Like Rain, Sugar Magnolia, Brokedaown Palace and Franklin's Tower.
