May perform sitting or standing. Place weight above the toes. Raise and lower 8-12 times. Perform three sets on both legs. This works the muscles along the shin.

You can do leg lifts, calf raises, power walking, and kicks with leg weights and get great results. Sumo squats and high kick combo's are great for your bottom.

Walking, or any other exercise that doesn't jarr your knees too much. Running with foot weights puts too much strain on your knees.

Anything to keep you legs active will strengthen your muscles there. I suggest the doing bicycle crunches, leg lifts, and power walking.

when working with foot weights you should try and get your hip flexors involved so exercises like knee lifts and high stepping are great also just lifting your foot to where your leg is in a ninety degree angle is great for your hamstrings.

The best exercises to do with foot weights are straight pilates. You will slowly want to move your leg up at a 45 degree angle and then slowly lift down.

You can do hamstring curls when there are foot weights on your ankles. The idea of the foot weight is so give yourself extra weight u wouldnt already carry.
