I personally like the white because it makes the space look a bit bigger, but some light green or blue would look pretty nice. Avoid colors like pink or orange. You may go for a mixture of gray an white or burgundy and white if the space is big enough.

The best bathroom paint colors really depends on what you want. I have seen that a lot of times people do blues or tans. I suppose people pick colors that are serene - the bathroom is a relaxing place.
