Elton is an English comedian and writer for British TV. His fiction is based on and makes fun of the stuff on TV, like "Big Brother" and "X-Factor," two popular shows in the UK. Elton is funny, critical and sharp-witted. The books are, however, best appreciated by someone who either lives or has lived in the UK.

Yes, they are excellent. Ben Elton does acting and is a playwright as well as a novelist. He is very funny. His books are usually fantasy, very well thought out and very humorous. Highly recommend him!
