Question by  Roger44 (115)

What are the best children's books of the 80's?

I was going through some old children's books I had at my parents house the other day, and I just got the biggest kick out of going down memory lane. I want to know if others enjoyed the same books I did, or what were your favorites?

"Where the While Things Are" by Maurice Sendak was a huge favorite in our house. My sisters and I memorized it by the time each of was about two years old. We love the message about unconditional love.
