What are the advantages and disadvantages of mobile phones?

Mobile phones are so convenient that most people would not know what to do without one. Talking in public is rude and awkward, but driving and talking/texting is extremely dangerous.

Cell phones can come in handy when your car breaks down or even if you just want to check up on your kids, but you also have to watch out what you say in texts or charges from advertisment texts. Having a house phone is great for keeping in touch, but could be bad if telemarketers get your number!

Advantages of mobile phone is that you can connect to your love ones easily and maybe can trace or track wherever they are. And also there is their disadvantage; sometimes while you were driving your car, you can get an accident because you are busy talking in your mobile phone.

Some advantages are that they give you a way of help if you become stranded or if your car breaks down. They are great for emergencies. Disadvantages would be a loss of privacy, because you can be reached almost anywhere, and the assumed higher risk of cancer when using cellphones.

The advantages for having a mobile phone is you can get ahold of your kids easily, there aren't many disadvantages. Mobile phones are the best.

Well cell phones are highly mobile and can be used instead of a traditional land-line. However they can be pricey and if the carrier is bad you might not have service in some areas. When used with the appropriate calling plan they can actually save you money.

One advantage of having a cell phone is you are able to network with people as long as you have service. One disadvantage of having a cell phone is you can cause static electricity, which can cause fires. That is not a good idea around gas pumps.
