The first thing is to try a Google search for the name and see what comes up, another good place that's free is one of the social networking sites like Facebook or Myspace. You can also try paying for a people finder service. There are also organizations dedicated to helping people find lost friends and loved ones.

You can do a search for finding people on google. You can then type his/her name into the search and you should be able to find some things out about that person. You could also do a facebook search for that person.

It is really a very difficult task to find a lost long friend bust as the saying goes, where there is a will, there is a way. Firstly, I will go to my school where I studied and get the details of my friend address. I will get in touch with our common friends back then, hoping that they know.
