A fun idea is to prepare all the items for a kebab, including a variety meat and vegetables. Have guests make their own kebabs, using what they like.

barbecue challenge would be it. the visitor should participate in every event or challenge that you would give.also it would be nice if you have a battle of the best barbecue it would be like a cooking showdown.
