My suggestion is to be yourself. The right guy will come along eventually. Rushing into these things never ends well. However, if you really want to snag a boyfriend, join groups/organizations of things you are passionate about. Not only will you shine because you'll be doing things you love, you will also meet men who share common interests with you.

This will sound trite, but if you have issues about yourself and don't think you are good enough to get a boyfriend, then that will exude. Be positive about you.
