If you make out with a guy you like but has a girlfriend, is that wrong?

Yes it is wrong. Either way you put it, it is not right to do that to another person. How would you feel if you were the girlfriend in question? You should get your morals in check and try to find a decent guy who wouldn't cheat. If he cheated on her he would do it to you.

Yes, it's wrong. Talk, yes. Touch/kiss, no. He has to grow up and pick one woman. We don't have polygamy in this country.

According to modern moral standards, making out with a guy you like who has a girlfriend is morally wrong. It is wrong because you are causing him to be disloyal to her - he is basically cheating on her. However, the world is becoming more morally loose with the introduction of polyamory, in which loving more than one person is ok.

It's not so much an issue of "right" or "wrong" everyone has a different sense of what is morally acceptable or not- but consider how you would feel if you were in the girlfriend's place. If you would be upset in her place, likely she will be, too.
