What are some tips for toning your muscles?

I don't want bulk--just not jiggle.

As a personal trainer myself, i would recommend doing light weight, high repetitions with free weights. Machines work well, but you may not know how to work a machine. This with diet, will lead to muscle toning.

I highly suggest signing up for one of the following: pilates, yoga, or aerobics. They are all excellent ways to tone the muscles without becoming bulky. They also stress-free and relaxing ways to attain a better physique.

Lift for repetition then not weight. Instead of 50lbs. 25 times do 15 lbs. 50 times. It will tone your muscles.
