What are some tips for cooking a t-bone steak?

Wash excess blood from the steak with cold water. Dry with a paper towel. Rub steak with olive oil salt, pepper and garlic. Cook on a charcoal or gas grill.

To me nothing is better than a good piece of meat that has been grilled well. Season it to taste, using a marinade for at least a half of an hour if desired, then cook to taste. The cooking time depends on the thickness of the meat.

T-bone is best cooked quickly over direct heat. Leave some of the fat and fascia around the outside edge to retain moisture as it cooks. Grill, broil or pan fry at medium high heat til done to your desire (don't overcook)!

T bone steaks are best when grilled. They are good fried, baked or broiled also. whatever you prefer. Steak is good marinated in Italian dressing, or rubbed with Montreal seasoning. You could also rub it with fresh garlic. You can saute it with green peppers and onions, that would be my favorite way.
