How should I cook minute steaks?

I put flour, pepper, garlic salt, and steak spice in a bowl. Put the steaks in the bowl one by one making sure that they are completly coverd in the flour mixture. Fry them for ten minutes then bake them for 15 minutes! The Best Minute You Will Ever Have!

Minute steaks can be dredged in flour and pan fried. If you have sufficient time you can spruce the steaks up a bit. Place fried steaks in a baking dish and cover with cream of mushroom soup or a beef gravy. Bake them in the oven until everything is heated through and the steaks are done.

You could have lightly toasted roll and melted cheese to eat the minute steak as a sandwich. As for the steak itself, you could spice it however you like and use a Teflon pan with a little canola oil on the range of an oven. Like the name says, it only takes a minute until ready and brown.

I like to use minute steaks for two different recipes. 1) Philly cheesesteak sandwiches: Saute sliced minute steaks with onions and peppers, then put this filling into toasted deli rolls; or 2) Stir fry vegetables and beef: Slice up the minute steaks and saute them with mixed vegetables, soy sauce, ginger and onion and serve over rice.
