Saying complimentary things like how pretty they are, and how smart they are, will get you a long way! In addition, ask them questions about themselves, and try to seem interested in their interests. Humour is also a bonus, so if you have a good funny bone, try and use it.

Nearly everyone likes it if you take interest in them without being overly pushy or nosey. So pay attention to what the girls enjoy, what they like to do, what they read, what subjects they like, etc. then compliment them sincerely and talk with them about the things you have noticed that they care about.

There is no magic "line," and lines in general make girls like you less. Be honest with her. Don't talk about her boobs or make obscene comments. Don't be too forward. Pull out her chair, be classic and charming, offer to pay for dinner. Compliment her eyes and listen, really listen.
