A friend of mine accidentally drank anti-freeze, thinking it was the Gatorade bottle. He was fixing his car and confused the 2 bottles. He ended up in the hospital for his blunder, but turned out ok (thankfully!) for his blunder...

Look up the website Darwin awards. This website is based on Darwin's theory of survival of the fittest and the awards are to people that did stupid things and died.
