What are some states that have no laws for visitation by grandparents?

All states have laws about grandparents visitation rights. Though, some say grandparents can't seek visitation rights in courts and others say you can, but for certain circumstances.

Maine and West Virginia have no laws on the books that deal with the visititation rights of grandparents. There are other states as well that have no laws, check online.

You would have to talk to a lawyer in those states to find out. The laws are all different in different staes. Or look it up online to find out.
