Blow up several balloons and have the children pop them by sitting on them. The first to pop all his/her balloons wins a prize. Freeze dance is also fun. The children dance until you randomly stop the music at which point everyone freezes. Anyone who doesn't "freeze" immediately is out.

Pin the tail on the donkey is always a favorite for kids that age. Musical chairs is another great one. There are so many other possibilites that you can do such as a scavenger hunt, limbo, and various racing games outside the yard. Hot potatoe is another game you can do outside the house.

Take water ballons and cover them with shaving cream. Then give them disposable razors and have them try and shave off the cream.
