                                                          There are many recipes on the internet. The one I use is very simple. One grapefruit peeled, 2 pints of water and 3/4 pound of sugar. Cook very well, about 1/2 hr on med heat. Let cool, take out most of the rind. Put in jars and blanch in hot water to seal the jars.
