What are some non-dairy sources of calcium?

Lots of dark leafy green vegetables have calcium believe it or not. They also sell Oyster Shell calcium pills at most health food store. I would just be sure to check the list of ingredients on the back. You can also now get calcium from some enriched breads.

Soy milk and other soy products are often fortified with calcium. Leafy green vegetables such as kale and spinach also contain calcium.
