Other NFL related jobs include broadcasting(providing play-by-play and overview of NFL teams and games), professional trainers (athletic training for NFL teams and players), industry reporters (conducting "pre" and "post" game results and player interviews), sales and marketing management (coordinating ticket sales and game related events), front desk operations (accounting, facilities and logistic related services).

Besides being an NFL football player, you could also aspire to be a referee. By watching and calling the shots of each game, you would still be an active participant. You could also be a sportscaster or announcer.

Beyond playing and coaching, there are jobs in sales, marketing, finance, accounting, concessions, there are jobs with the medical staff and the training staff.

The NFL has a wide range of jobs including coaching, broadcasting and even officiating. Each NFL team has its own staff and usually does its own hiring. There are even college internships available to get your foot in the door.

There are many including the business side of it (marketing, sales, accounting, public relations, tickets, etc.), to cheerleading, to physicians for the team, to broadcasters, security, public address announcer and janitors.

The big one that comes to mind is coaching. Every team needs an offensive coach, a defensive coach and a head coach just to name a few.

These jobs include head coach, assistant coach, position coaches, equipment managers,officials, strenght and conditioning coaches, media personnel, trainers and assistant trainers, team physician, team scouts, general manager, director of player personnel and team owner.

You can work as an agent to a player, a coach, general manager, a player's publicist, a referee or even selling tickets - there are mny options.
