Flag Football is the same as regular football, so you can really run any plays that a regular football teaam would run. You can do a lot of over the middle passing because there is no tackling, so your men would not have to be worried about being killed from behind.

Try the flea flicker, or a play fake where you fake to running back and throw to the wide receiver, those plays should work well.

Do a double reverse. Then later do a fake double reverse. A lot of times both of these plays will work
