You will definitely need an extra battery,screen guards,and a memory card.It doesn't hurt to have a carry case so you dont damage your PSP.

You should get a spare rechargeable PSP battery and a PSP battery charger because the PSP battery life is so short. You should probably get better headphones too. These three accessories are what you are going to use the most.
