Many foods are both low and high potassium depending on the amount you consume. As a general rule one half cup of the following would qualify: Bread, pasta, rice, vegetables, beans, cabbage, cooked carrots, mushrooms and green peas. Also fruits such as an apple, blueberries, cherries, a plum and strawberries
