Not sure why this needs a 30-50 word limit, the plain simple answer is no, it contains 0mg of potassium per 12 ounce serving. Miller Lite contains water, corn syrup, malted barely, and hops.

In the past Miller Lite did have potassium in it. The last data I can find on this is 1982. They claim it no longer does; however, alcoholic beverages do not have to list their ingredients so Miller Lite may still contain potassium. Just to make sure, I would avoid it.

Miller Lite uses potassium metabisulfite to stabilize the beer, which means it inhibits the growth of wild yeasts, bacteria, and fungi. Potassium metabiulfate does not contribute sodium to the diet.

No it does not. Nor should any popular normal domestic beer. In fact it would be hard or impossible to find a beer containing potassium since it is not an element common in any ingredient of beer (hops and barley etc... ). If you want to limit potassium just be conscious of nutritional labels, which beers have.

Miller Lite is a new Chelada Style beer with a hint or lime and salt. People suffering from hypertension or heart disease should refrain from high salt (sodium, potassium) intake. It is best that you switch to a healthier alternative for drink, probably red wine.

No it contains 0mg of potassium in a 12 oz can. Although it your health is poor enough that you need to monitor potassium intake, then drinking is probably a poor choice as well. Bottled water is always your best bet at a healthy potassium free beverage. If it needs taste, crystal light is a very good choice
