Many breakfast items are low in carbohydrates. Most breakfast type meat products are fine, so you can enjoy bacon, sausage and ham without worry. Beware of meats labeled "maple flavor", however, as many of these have added sugars. Eggs are perfect, as are nearly all cheeses. Be sparing with toast and biscuits and avoid waffles or pancakes.

Some low-carb breakfasts could include the following: an orange, 1 slice wheat toast, 2 or egg whites fried in no-fat margarine, a couple strips of backon and coffee or tea. Another choice would be 1/2 cup of low-fat yogurt! All-Bran is an excellent choice for low carb cereals.

Low carb breakfast would consist of eggs, bacon, ham..anything high in protein. YOu need to stay away from anything that has starch, flour like toast , pancakes.

You can make a vegetable frittata and freeze or refrigerate servings to pull out and microwave. You can also make an omelet or make just regualr scrambled or fired eggs.

Yes, there are various types of low-carb breakfasts. You can even find low-carb cereals like the 'Flax-O-Meal'. Others include Raw veggies and spinach dip, or other low-carb dip.
