The Erotylidae is often considered one the most beautiful red and black winged beetles.Coleoptera is more of a dull colored beetle. The Longhorned has a more slender body, and Cleridae is one of the smallest beetles. The most famous red and black winged beetle is the beloved Ladybug.

Ladybugs are one type, so are queen velvet ants and red hornets. The Buckeye Beetle in the Southern States is common, and so is the Asian Lady beetle. The important thing with any bug is to approach with caution, particularly brightly colored ones.

Well there are some red velvet ants that have wings on them as well. They sting a lot so apply tea tree oil for prevention.

i would think this is a type of a lady bug and it has wings and flys and there are different kind and some of them bite
